Know Your Oils
With every oil that we extract, it is important to know all about it, so let's give you some food for thought with every purchase you make. Every oilseed can only produce a certain percentage of oil without abusing it with heat or chemicals. This percentage also varies for different oilseeds, quality, origin, weather, season and so does the quantity of seed needed for 1 kg of oil.
These amounts and quantities as per the wooden cold press process are as follows:

| BLACK SESAME OIL | 30% - 32% | 3 kg |
| ALMOND OIL | 38% - 40% | 2.5 kg |
