- Order Confirmation: Once you place an order on our website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain your order details, including the products purchased and the total amount.
- Processing Time: We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak seasons or in the event of product availability issues, processing times may be longer. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for orders within India:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days depending on your location.
- Expedited Shipping: If available, expedited shipping options may be selected during checkout, with delivery within 2–4 business days.
- Same-Day or Next-Day Delivery: For select locations, we may offer same-day or next-day delivery. Availability will be indicated at checkout.

- Customs and Import Duties (for International Orders): If you are ordering from outside India, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. 4. Delivery Time

You can track the status of your order directly through the carrier’s tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after you receive your shipment confirmation.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within India and selected international locations. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you and arrange for a full refund if payment has been processed.
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than standard shipping estimates.
- Hazardous Materials: Certain products, such as oils, may be subject to shipping restrictions based on local regulations. If any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location due to such restrictions, we will notify you.
7. Shipping Address
- Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays in delivery. Omja Oils & Agro is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We may not be able to modify the address if the order has already been processed or shipped.
8. Failed Delivery and Returned Packages
- Failed Delivery: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will notify you, and you may need to pay for reshipping costs to have the package sent again.
- Return to Sender: If the package is returned to us as undeliverable, and we do not receive a response from you within 14 days, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued minus any shipping charges.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include clear photos of the damage along with your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for damaged items as per our Return & Refund Policy.
- Lost Packages: In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement as per our Return & Refund Policy.
